Entry Level Sales Representative

Rise Acquisitions, a leading sales and marketing firm is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Representative. While previous customer service and sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with no experience who possess a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and promote our clients' products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport building.
- Generate sales leads and proactively convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
